Growth: urban water can meet the challenge
With Australia’s population projected to increase to between 36.8 and 48.3 million people by 2061, the challenges for the urban water industry are many. This session will cover key topics associated with growth including the economics (developer charges), liveability (urban heat island) and water security (potable reuse) challenges.
Session 2: 1.15pm – 3.15pm
The Trust Equation
Trust equals familiarity plus favourability. This session will unpack the ‘trust equation’ with case studies from Australia and overseas and include an overview of the WSAA customer survey, promoting and protecting your brand and how to increase your ‘favourability’.
Session 3: 4.00pm – 5.30pm
