Terms & Conditions

Registrations can not be shared. Anyone found out to be sharing an Ozwater'17 delegate registration will be asked to pay an onsite registration fee.

Registration cancellation fees:

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Australian Water Association: events@awa.asn.au

Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • Cancellations received prior to Friday, 3 March 2017: Refund less a $150 administration fee
  • Cancellations received from Friday, 3 March 2017 to Friday, 14 April 2017: Refund less a $450 administration fee
  • Cancellations received after Friday, 14 April 2017: Refunds will not be issued, however substitutes will be accepted without charge

Photography policy:

Participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, quotes, filmed and/or recorded at AWA events and these may be used in AWA publications and promotional materials. If you do not wish for your image to be used you must make yourself known to the organisers.

AWA Membership discounts:

In order to access the AWA Member discounted registrations rates, you must be a paid financial professional member or a staff member of an AWA corporate member at the time of Ozwater'17.
