Terms & Conditions

*Limited number of shared passes are available upon application. Anyone found out to be sharing an Ozwater'20 delegate registration without a shared pass will be asked to leave Ozwater'20 and their Ozwater lanyard confiscated.



All cancellations must be made in writing to events@awa.asn.au. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Cancellation charges are as follows:

1) Cancellations received prior to Monday 2 March 2020: Refund less a $150 administration charge. 

2) Cancellations received on Monday 2 March 2020, up until Friday 10 April 2020: Refund less a $450 administration charge. 

3) Cancellations received after Friday 10 April 2020: Refunds will not be issued. However substitutions will be accepted without charge until Friday, 1 May 2020.



1) Substitutes must be made in writing to events@awa.asn.au 

2) Substitutions made before Friday, 1 May 2020 will not incur any costs.

3) Any substitution made after Friday, 1 May 2020 will incur a $150 administration charge.


Photography policy:

Participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, quoted, filmed and/or recorded at AWA events and these may be used in AWA publications and promotional materials. If you do not wish for your image to be used you must make yourself known to the organisers.


AWA Membership discounts:

In order to access the AWA Member discounted registrations rates, you must be a paid financial professional member or a staff member of an AWA corporate member at the time of Ozwater'20.
