Event Information

Clearly designated catering areas are located within the exhibition hall for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. All conference delegates and exhibitor staff are entitled to the catering provided in these areas. Delegates and Exhibitor Staff must make sure they are wearing their name badge and lanyard with them to access catering. Home Ground cafe is located at the Riverbank adjoining the Convention Centre and is open from 8am each day for Trade Visitors to purchase refreshments.

Common dietary requirements have been covered by menu selections. Any delegate or exhibitor who notified a specific allergy upon registration should identify themselves to a venue staff member at any of the catering stations.

Complimentary cloakroom facilities are available at main reception in the East Building, serviced by ACC staff. On Thursday, there will be overflow luggage storage available at Hall O.

All delegates will have access to the full papers via the Ozwater’25 Online Platform. Delegates must make sure they have their official Ozwater'25 name badge with them at all times and tap into each session to receive instructions.

Gala Dinner: After 5 or evening attire

Throughout the conference, delegates will have the opportunity to visit the Ozwater’25 trade exhibition. All delegate catering will be provided in this area. The exhibition is accessible via Foyer F.

Tuesday 20 May: 8:00am-6:30pm (includes Happy Hour 5:30-6:30pm)
Wednesday 21 May: 8:00am-5:30pm
Thursday 22 May: 8:30am-2:00pm

If you require first aid assistance, please make yourself known to venue security or a venue staff member who will contact a First Aid officer.

Complimentary visitors WI-FI is available for basic browsing, email and social media.

It is essential that delegates, exhibitors and trade visitors always wear their Ozwater’25 name badges and lanyards. For security purposes, all delegates and participants will be required to wear their official Ozwater’25 name badges attached to the official lanyard for admission to conference sessions, trade exhibition, social functions and delegate catering.

The ACC has two accessible, purpose-built parent rooms with private and secure facilities for feeding, changing and other baby care needs. Contact one of the Customer Service team for directions.

The male prayer room (Skyway Room 5) and female prayer room (Skyway Room 4) are located on the Upper Level. Handwashing facilities are in the corner by the hallway to both rooms.

The Ozwater’25 registration and information desk is located upon entry via the main East Entrance, directly outside Halls F&G. Operating hours are:

Wednesday 21 May: 7:30am-5:30pm
Thursday 22 May: 8:00am-2:00pm

All Ozwater’25 presenters are required to check in at the Speakers Preparation Room, located in Riverbank Room 1 on the Lower Level. It is mandatory that each presenter reports there prior to their presentation for technical briefing. Operating hours are as follows:
Monday 19 May: 1:00pm-5:00pm
Tuesday 20 May: 7:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday 21 May: 7:30am-5:00pm
Thursday 22 May: 8:00am-1:30pm

Arriving by Tram
Free tram travel is available within Adelaide City Centre. The closest tram stop is located right in front of the historic Adelaide Railway Station, which is just a two minute walk from the Centre.

Drop off point is on North Terrace at the Main East Entrance. A taxi rank is located on North Terrace, right on the Centre’s doorstep.
